What is OSINT? And Why I Built Argis 9.2
OSINT — Open-Source Intelligence — is the art of finding answers from publicly available information. Usernames, domains, emails, metadata, public records: it's all out there, you just need to know how to connect it. Security researchers use it for recon, students use it to learn how the internet leaks data, and companies use it to check their own exposure.
That's why I built Argis 9.2 — my open-source OSINT and recon tool to make footprinting faster and simpler. Instead of jumping between ten different sites, Argis brings the workflow together in one place so you can start with a small input like a username or domain and quickly build a bigger picture.
If you're learning cybersecurity, curious about digital footprints, or want a lightweight tool for your own research, give Argis 9.2 a try. It's open source, I'm actively improving it, and feedback is welcome. Star it on GitHub to support the project and follow updates as I add more modules.
